Introduction:
JPB-70A pen type intelligent dissolved oxygen analyzer (hereinafter referred to as the instrument), mainly for the convenience of users to carry out on-site operation of the design. The instrument can be divided into two parts: sensor and electronic unit. The sensor film type polarographic oxygen electrode. The electronic unit is composed of a high integrated circuit. Instrument using dot matrix liquid crystal display, can display dissolved oxygen value and temperature.

Use instruments and calibration :

The electrode in the factory is dry. Before use, it is necessary to add the inner filling of the electrode.

1. the new electrode film is taken out and the inner filling of 3/4 electrode is added to ensure that no bubbles exist in the electrode film sleeve. If the bubble can pinch the electrode film and finger tapping, the bubble will rise in the electrode film sleeve, thereby removing bubbles.

2. the electrode membrane which is added to the electrode is added to the electrode until it is tightened. During the rotation of the film, the film gradually adhered to the surface of the gold electrode to be leveled. There is no small bubble in the cavity as much as possible during the installation.Note: if the inner filling of the electrode is overflowing, please dry the overflow.

3. before use, we must add the filling liquid in the electrode, connect the electrode to the instrument, start the machine, and polarizing the electrode for 30 minutes, so that the electrode can be used. If the electrode is inserted into the oxygen free water or saturated dissolved oxygen, the change of the electrode mold sleeve and the filling liquid in the electrode or the regeneration of the cathode should be replaced.

4. Calibration：
The instrument is corrected by two points. Please prepare a cup of oxygen free water and a cup of saturated dissolved oxygen (preparation of oxygen free water and saturated dissolved oxygen water, first, see the appendix 1).
Zero correction (zero correction of oxygen free water):
The electrode in distilled water clean, long press "CAL" button for 5 seconds, at CAL and 0 alternate display, press the CAL key to zero correction, place the electrode into the anaerobic water, stirring until the electrode, stable numerical display, in press CAL to confirm the correction, End correction is completed. At this point, "FULL" is shown to flicker and enter the saturation dissolved oxygen correction.

5.Saturated dissolved oxygen correction :
The electrode is cleaned in clean distilled water, and the "CAL" key is 5 seconds short. At this time, CAL and FULL are displayed alternately, and the saturated dissolved oxygen is corrected according to the CAL key. When the electrode is placed in the saturated dissolved oxygen water, the electrode is stirred, and after the numerical display is stable, the correction is confirmed according to the CAL key, and the End correction is completed.

6.Measurement :
The electrode is immersed in the measured solution, and the electrode is stirred properly to wait for the value to be stable. At this time the reading of the instrument is the dissolved oxygen value of the measured water sample. Reading unit: mg/L.

7. dissolved oxygen meter default temperature unit is C, for the temperature conversion unit, please operate according to the following method: in the off state, press and hold HOLD, and then press ON/OFF to boot, the display appears on the right side: "C" or "F", released the HOLD; then press CAL and select "F" or "C"; selected by HOLD after preservation; automatically enter the normal mode of measurement instrument.
